Back-to-school season always brings a swirl of emotions for families with complex gifted children. One moment, you are celebrating another year of accelerated classes and niche passions; next, you are staring down college admissions and wondering how to turn out-of-the-box talents into a compelling application to be truly seen. The process can feel like a maze. Requirements vary from school to school, and they change every year. High school counselors care deeply, yet they often juggle hundreds of students on average, so even the best intentions can’t help the sustained one-on-one support our kids sometimes need. Private admissions coaches exist, but at ten thousand dollars or more, they are out of reach for most. It is no surprise that many parents lie awake, worried about whether they are doing enough or helping their student make the best choice for college.

As a mother raising a gifted child, living the excitement and the stress right alongside him, we are a SENG family ourselves. With over a decade of experience in college admissions counseling and as a former Harvard College interviewer, I’ve seen firsthand how overwhelming this journey can be, even for the most capable students and involved families.

Imagine a college admissions counselor who knows the twists and turns of the process but is always a click away with an annual cost that is equal to a single hour of traditional counseling. Eddie combines over 100 years of human counseling experience with AI-powered reasoning to provide step-by-step guidance that adapts as your child grows. Whether your ninth grader is plotting a four-year path, your junior is choosing between a research internship and debate nationals, or your senior is staring down personal-statement deadlines, Eddie can guide you with clear next moves in natural, two-way interactions.

We have six key focus areas—academics, extracurricular activities, honors, financial aid, college list curation, and application materials. Eddie does more than just check boxes; it offers advanced reasoning and predictive insights to help you identify opportunities that will truly let your child’s spark shine.

Our partnership with SENG feels like coming home. SENG families understand how giftedness touches every corner of life, from emotional intensity to quirky hobbies, and we designed Eddie with that complete picture in mind. Together, SENG and Eddie are making sure that specialized advice is not a luxury item but a community resource.

As the new school year begins, we invite you to try Eddie with exclusive discounts for SENG families. Let Eddie carry some of the mental load so you can shift your energy back to cheering at chess tournaments or diving into astrophysics videos—whatever lights up your child’s eyes. College admissions will still be important, but it doesn’t have to be overwhelming. Eddie is here to walk with you every step of the way, turning confusion into clarity and anxiety into confidence.

Welcome to an accessible, personalized, and human-centered path toward your child’s dream school.
